Delivery within Australia is a flat rate of $15 for any bag purchase or $10 for accessories  purchased without a bag. If the accessories are purchased with the bag then only one flat rate of $15 applies. If they are purchased without a bag only one flat rate of $10 applies

Delivery to New Zealand is a flat rate of $20 for any bag purchase or $15 for accessories purchased without a bag. If the accessories are purchased with the bag then only one flat rate of $20 applies. If they are purchased without the bag only 1 flat rate of $15 applies. 

Delivery World Wide is a flat rate of $25 for any bag purchase or $15 for accessories purchased without a bag. If the accessories are purchased with the bag then only one flat rate of $25 applies. If they are purchased without the bag only one flat rate of $15 applies.

Pastel and Mini are not responsible for any import, custom duties or other fees.
There are a few restricted countries and if we cannot post to you, we will return your payment in full. Payment return is subject to the bank turnaround time. 

Every effort will be made to post your order within 3 business days (excludes public holidays and weekends).

The delivery time and collection of the item is subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier.  Pastel and Mini will not accept any responsibility for the delay of any item, or if you have not provided a secure address/area for receipt or are not there to sign for an order if that is required.   

Pastel and Mini will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry supplied/entered by you. Should and item not reach the specified address and is considered lost by the postal carrier, Pastel and Mini will work with you and the carrier to ensure the item is replaced. We ask that you contact us on info@pastelandmini.com

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of Australia Post or any other delivery service in relation to the loss or damage to any parcel, including, but not limited to:

• Where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this Service;

• Where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the request for the Service; or

• Where it is not left at the delivery address and requires collection from a Post Office; except to the extent that such loss or damage as a direct result of our fraud or willful misconduct.

Once your order is placed, it may be possible to amend or change your order if we have not posted it to you. If you would like to change your order after it has been received by us, please contact us on info@pastelandmini.com, noting your request in the subject line.
